Keep most of every sale

Profiva charges a small platform fee on each transaction. Stripe processing fees apply separately. You keep the rest.

How payments work

Buyer checks out

Stripe Checkout runs embedded in the Profiva site. Card details never touch our servers.

Seller receives funds

Through Stripe Connect, the Seller is paid directly for each sale, minus Stripe fees and the Profiva platform fee.

Subscriptions auto-renew

Recurring licenses renew automatically at the interval the Seller chose. Buyers can cancel any time from their dashboard.

Is there a Profiva subscription?

No. Profiva itself is free to use. You only pay the Sellers of the datasets you license.

Do prices include the platform fee?

Yes. The platform fee is baked into the price you see at checkout. You will never be charged more than the listed price.

Can I get a refund?

One-time purchases are non-refundable once data access is delivered. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel auto-renewal any time.

How are Sellers paid?

Through Stripe Connect Express. Once a Seller completes Stripe onboarding, payouts are deposited to their bank account on Stripe's standard schedule (typically every 2 business days in the U.S.).

What currencies are supported?

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars at launch. Additional currencies will be added as we expand to new regions.
